COVID-19 Statement
Update: 24/08/2020
All of our 2020 weddings have now been postponed to future dates. We can report that just two of our couples decided to cancel, with all other wedding bookings (almost 100 couples) now successfully transferred to either 2021 or 2022.
New government advice for weddings in England has recently been published. Small 30 people sit-down receptions, with quiet background music are now allowed, but no dancing is permitted. Microphones and PA systems should be used for all speeches and announcements.
We can help in all of these areas with our rental of music systems and microphones for both indoors and outside. Just send us a message, we’d be happy to chat.

Update: 19/03/2020
We understand that these are worrying times, and that your event plans can be impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.
We have responded to this in several ways, but the first thing to say is that we are here, so talk to us. Email and Facebook messenger are the best ways to contact us around the clock.
Book with confidence
As you will see below, we have policies in place to cope with the current uncertainty. From our enhanced safety measures at events themselves to free rescheduling and refunds for cancellations. This means that you can go ahead and plan for your winter 2020 event or summer 2021 wedding with full confidence. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make sure your big day goes perfectly, offering assistance at each step of the way, from planning to completion.
Proactive steps we are taking
Wherever possible our technicians are setting up equipment out of hours, typically early morning or late at night, this is aimed at minimising the contact between our team members, venue staff and the public. Our DJ’s and technicians have been issued with antibacterial wipes, sanitisers and gloves for use during events.
All of our equipment such as microphones and mixers will be regularly sanitised both during and after events. We have even adapted the methods we use to setup our sound and lighting equipment to minimise contact and create an enhanced cordon around them wherever possible
Reschedule for free
Should your wedding or event need to be postponed, we will work with you to help reschedule your booking for a future date. This way we can aim to keep everything in place and simply switch to the new date (subject to availability).
With the current uncertainty, we don’t expect you to know the potential new date(s) right away. Just let us know once you have a shortlist of alternatives and we can check availability.
This actually happens a few times every year, due to unexpected pregnancies, illness, redundancy etc. So whilst 2020 might see many more of these postponements, rest assured we will do all we can to help you reschedule.
Early figures seem to be indicating 50% of postponements moving to Autumn/Winter 2020 and 50% postponing until 2021.
Refunds if you can’t reschedule
For cancelled events that cannot be rescheduled, our standard terms and conditions would apply. This means that for cancellations 30 days or more in advance we can offer you a refund, less the £50 deposit amount. Full terms and conditions can be found on our website, click on the Information tab.
We hope this provides some reassurance. If you do have any other questions please
feel free to contact us at any time by email or Facebook messenger, we are here
to help.
