We can supply a raised stage with a lectern to focus your audience’s attention, microphones and a PA system so that everyone can clearly hear what’s being said. Large video screens and projection so that the whole room can see the presentation and perhaps some lighting to really make an impact.

Let us know what you have in mind and we can suggest suitable equipment and work with you to make the day a complete success.  Our technicians setup everything and remove it afterwards. For larger events we can also remain on site to assist throughout your event.

PA Systems comprise of one or more speakers placed around the room, along with microphones for use both in the presentation and wirelessly within the audience for question & answer sessions if required. We stock all the latest microphone technology from 2.4Ghz digital and UHF radio mics, tie clip ‘lapel’ mics, condenser mics and traditional high quality fixed microphones. Lighting can really make a presentation stand out.  From spotlighting the keynote speaker, or adding some subtle ‘on-message’ mood lighting around the stage or conference room as a whole.  The addition of lighting is often the thing that helps set the desired scene, whether this needs to be professional, fun or dynamic.  Our lighting hire can really enhance your event.

Video Screens can be either full HD/4K LED displays mounted on stands (various sizes from 22” to 50”), or video data projectors for even larger images.  Both types are suitable for events ranging from simple conference/board room presentation to AGM meetings and larger audiences.  We also stock all the required networking and distribution equipment for multi-screen setups.

Other essential items such as media players, video convertors PC/MAC adaptors, wireless ‘clicker’ presenters are all available.
