We have supplied the resident “in-house” disco at Hitchin Priory since 1999. This means that we know the venue better than anyone else.
Our team can be found at Hitchin Priory all year round. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, summer ball or a Christmas party – we provide them all.
Either in the Atrium of the historic main house, or outside in the marquee, we have a wealth of experience at this wonderful venue. Our privileged position as the preferred supplier means that we are able to setup equipment out-of-hours, allowing your special day to run much more smoothly. Often this means everything is set up before you even arrive.

We also offer three optional upgrades – A stunning white starlight dance floor, beautiful LED up-lighting for the room and a handy daytime PA system for speeches and background music.
As well as these three most popular upgrades, Hitchin Priory events often use our huge range of equipment hire items such as HD TV screens, video projectors, mirror balls etc. to further enhance weddings and events.

How do we offer such a large discount? As we are already on-site to set up the gold disco and the dance floor in the morning, it is much more economical to also supply the up-lighting and the daytime PA at the same time, rather than as individual items requiring individual deliveries and setup, we can include them within the Platinum Disco Package.

Important Note: Hitchin Priory Marquee – Sound Limiter
Please be aware that the marquee has its own built-in, “volume restricted” sound system installed around the dancefloor.
All performers are required to use this sound equipment which is provided by the venue, rather than using our own speakers.
Therefore the DJ has no control over the sound limiter and its restricted volume level, which is pre-set by the venue under the direction of the local authority. This is due to repeated noise complaints from local residents.
Whilst DJ’s may play recorded music until 24:00 Mon-Sat (23:00 on Sundays) all live performers such as singers/bands/karaoke must be finished by 21:00.
